Tiffany Stauffer’s journey with horses began when she was a child—growing up on a small farm, she learned early that horsemanship is more than technique; it’s presence, trust, and honest connection. Over the years, Tiffany has blended her methodical, disciplined side with her deep intuition for horses, forging a training style rooted in communication—not force. (In fact, she left a stable engineering path to step fully into her calling.)
At Grace & Grit, Tiffany offers lessons, clinics, and full training services, always striving to bring out not just skill in horse and rider, but connection. Her approach centers on the idea that the relationship comes before the performance—that when a horse feels safe, understood, and respected, real transformation begins. You’ll often see her working with liberty, trick training, or quietly helping a challenging horse find its voice again.

I just attended a clinic at Tiffany’s ranch. She was so welcoming. She is a great teacher and horse woman. She works with the people and horses where they at. Explains things well, is kind, VERY patient and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed. Being a very beginner I was thankful for all of her help. It was also fun to watch others at much higher levels. I really enjoyed the liberty clinic and give Tiffany high praises.
